Returns

Ordered the wrong item? Or not happy with the product?

No worries ! Just relax and follow the steps mentioned below :

  1. Call +91 6383095481 or Mail to support@priglo.com to create a return request
  2. We’ll in-turn get back to you within 48 hours to authorize the return.
  3. You can then send the product back to us via a secure courier. You’ll need to arrange and pay for the courier, you should also make sure the product is insured with the courier and securely packaged for the journey.
  4. Once we’ve received the product back we’ll check it over and then contact you with the next steps.

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition when it was delivered.

The product must be in the original packaging.

The receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory for the return to be complete.

If the item has been used we will only make a partial refund to cover the diminished value of the product.

Return Shipping

The customer will be responsible for any shipping charges for returning the product. Shipping costs are non refundable.

My product arrived damaged

Please contact us immediately on +91 63830 95481 to report any damage.

It’s rare that a product arrives damaged but if it does, you can refuse the item at the point of delivery and it will be returned .

How to report a damaged product:

  1. Call +91 63830 95481 or Mail to support@priglo.com
  2. Upload any pictures of the damage via the mail
  3. We will respond to you within 48 hours to inform you of the next steps

Refunds

Once we receive the product, we will notify you that we have received the returned item. We will then notify you on the status of the refund after inspecting the condition of the product.

If your return is approved, we will initiate the refund to the original method of payment, within 7-10 working days depending on your bank / card issuer’s policies.

Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation before shipment

If the order or the items that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on support@priglo.com / call us on our Helpline No : +91 63830 95481 ( Mon-Sat 10:00AM-6:00PM ) OR you may cancel from your Orders here .
In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request.

Cancellation post shipment

If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our Customer Support team on +91 63830 95481 or write to :  support@priglo.com.

  • In case you have cancelled an order, which has already been shipped out to the courier company, they may still attempt delivery. Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order.
  • Once we receive the product back and on verification by our logistics / technical team, we will refund your money within 7-10 business days. You will be notified of the same by email.
