HOW RENTING WORKS

REQUEST A QUOTE
The first step in getting the product for rental is to contact us. You can simply call, text, fill out a quote online or chat with a live agent. If you fill out a quote online during business hours, you will receive a response within 24 hours guaranteed! Once our Customer Support Team understands your needs, they will send you a formal rental quote through email.
REVIEW AND CONFIRM
Once you have reviewed the rental quote, simply sign and return the quote with KYC documents for further verifications. If you have any questions, or need assistance, contact our Support Team and they will be glad to assist. On successful verification by our legal team, you will receive a prompt “thank you”, and a confirmation, that your order has been booked.
PREP AND DELIVER
Your equipment will be tested and physically cleaned. Its software will be reset to the factory defaults unless you have requested an exact image or custom software, in which case that will be loaded, tested and QC passed. Once your equipment is inspected to meet quality standards it will be shipped or delivered on time to your required destination.
ENJOY AND RETURN
Once your rental term has come to the end and your project or event is complete, simply contact our Customer Support Team to confirm the details of your equipment’s return by you, in person or to pickup by our technician. On successful return and inspection for damages of the rented equipment, refundable security deposit, if any will be returned.

It is our philosophy that we only provide solutions that make sense. While renting technology is a great way to enhance your events while saving money, sometimes renting is not the best option. In certain scenarios, it could be cheaper to purchase a laptop rather than rent it.
Considering having us rent out a single laptop to a home user? That is not very cost effective, so we would recommend against these types of rentals. Sometimes the convenience for a user greatly outweighs the cost, and we understand this as well.
We also would not advocate (and therefore do not offer) renting equipment for very long term or for personal use. Again, this is not a cost effective solution. But renting 100 laptops for training is a great solution!
We will work with businesses throughout the state to provide the best consultation, rental equipment and setup for your events while keeping in mind what is cost effective for the customer.
